Squall quick pensketch 3 by Squall179 Squall quick pensketch 3 by Squall179
Just a little something more I did in the same series so to speak as my prior pen sketches, something short and rough to get practice with the pen.

I'm actually really liking working with pens now, really smooth, plus it challenges me to have to not only be more careful with my work but ALSO its helping me to not end up going crazy and discarding something when I make a slight mistake, to just run with the glitch and work with it somehow.

anyway....

Squall just doing some kind of rolling flip, god knows why, probably too much sugar again HAHA!

Anyway.....

I'm not mentioning the obvious this time X3

Hand springs are hard to do, I like topsy turvy poses but ususally when I draw a character on his head I draw it with the paper upside down... I guess thats sorta cheating =p

Anyways.... great sketch :)

Very fluid! From the way he's positioned you can believe he's moving.
some art I've seen in some mainstream comic books didn't look fluid.

Good job

Well i dont think i've commented for a while, just been lazy and plus i haven't been uploading much.

I can see a nice progression in your artwork here, where you not only have the character drawn but perspective, interesting angle etc.
